1. Return Period
You have 30 calendar days from the date of receipt to request a return or exchange of your wood panels.
2. Return Conditions
For a return to be accepted, the panels must be:
- In original packaging, with no signs of use or installation
- Without cuts, holes, or any type of modification
- With all accessories and original documentation
- In perfect condition
3. Defective Products
If you receive panels with manufacturing defects or damaged during shipping:
- Contact us within 7 days of receipt
- Send detailed photos of the issue
- We will replace the product at no additional cost
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Contact us through our email or contact form
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Wait for our instructions for product return
5. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, except in cases of:
- Manufacturing defects
- Shipping error (wrong product sent)
- Product damaged during transit
6. Refund Timeline
After we receive and inspect the returned panels, the refund will be processed within 10 business days using the original payment method.
7. Custom Products
Custom-cut or personalized panels cannot be returned, except in case of manufacturing defects.
